I have a feeling Kafka was good at table tennis.- Crowther

Here is a breakdown of my year:

 

January:

-I met a bunch of new friends in my drama class and they became a second family for me.

-I had a fight with a friend.

 

February:

-I went on my very first trip alone.  It was to Phoenix.  It was the best week of my life.

-I saw RK for the first time on Feb 17 at The Venue in Scottsdale, AZ.

-I climbed a small mountain.

 

March:

-I studied my butt off for school and worked a lot.

 

April:

-I worked. 

-I wrote finals and got the highest mark in my  drama class.

 

May:

-I went to YC.

-I worked a lot.

-I got a promotion at work. Yay me!

 

June:

-I didn't do anything this month.

 

July:

-Went to the Calgary Warped Tour.  Met RK.

-Went to Banff.

-Suffered from my worst case of the flu ever and had heat stroke at the same time.

-Saw family.

 

August:

-Went to Banff again.

-Saw family again.

 

Setember:

-Sept 3 was my last day at HMV.

-I started University.

-I changed my mind about what I want to teach.

-I discovered my vocation.

-I made a really good friend.

-I rekindled an old friendship and had it blossom into a kindred spirit kind of friendship.

 

October:

-I turned 20

-I wrote midterms and papers

-On Oct. 19, I did a presentation on the Christian music scene.  I got an 80% on it.

 

November:

-I saw Pride & Prejudice with the best friend that I have ever had in my life.  And she appreciated it as much as I did.

-I wrote an even longer paper than my last one.

-I got a phone call from Jon.   And Hallie.  And that made my life.

 

December:

-I started working at Chapters.  I worked there for 2 weeks.

-I got my old job back at HMV.  I love it so much.

-My sister got engaged and I am now her maid of honour.

-On Dec. 31, I was asked for the very first time if I had pot or if I could give someone the number of a dealer.  I said no.  Because I don't do drugs and I don't hang out with people normally who do. 

 

So that's my year in a nutshell.

 

It has been a busy year.  Next year is gonna be busier though.  Seriously.  With the wedding and everything, time is gonna fly.
